Delivery Times & Conditions

At eRoofing Australia, we’re committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Please review the delivery terms below to help ensure a smooth process.

Freight is arranged directly through our product manufacturers and logistics partners. This allows us to keep costs competitive and deliver products efficiently across Australia.

We do not add any margin to freight charges, meaning you only pay the actual cost of delivery charged by the supplier or carrier.

While most deliveries are covered by our standard freight rates, some regional, remote, or difficult-to-access postcodes may incur additional delivery charges. Where applicable, these charges will be advised once we receive a freight quote from the supplier. If the additional freight cost is not acceptable, you will have the option to cancel your order for a full refund prior to production commencing.

Pick Up Information

During checkout, simply select the pick up option, and we will send your order to the nearest available depot.

Once your order is placed, we will forward it to the selected depot. After the depot confirms the order, we’ll email you with:

  • Collection address
  • Order reference number
  • Collection date and time

  • VIC - Knoxfield
  • NSW - Albury, Coffs Harbour, Erskine Park, Orange
  • ACT - Queanbeyan
  • QLD - Crestmead, Maryborough, Townsville, Rockhampton, Cairns
  • SA - Cavan
  • TAS - Brighton
  • WA - Maddington

Please note these are commercial facilities, not retail stores. The exact address and pickup time will only be provided after your order is placed and confirmed with the depot.

Important Collection Guidelines

Our supplier operates manufacturing facilities with strict OH&S protocols. Please ensure the following when collecting your order:

  • Wear enclosed footwear (no sandals or thongs)
  • No smoking on-site
  • Bring a suitable vehicle or trailer capable of safely and legally transporting roofing materials

Please make sure you bring enough assistance with you for loading. Due to OH&S regulations, our team is unable to manually load your order. If fork-liftable, your roof sheets will be placed next to your vehicle for you to secure.

If your vehicle does not meet loading safety standards, your collection will be refused.

Standard Delivery Hours

Deliveries are typically made Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

In some cases, deliveries may occur outside of these hours due to factors beyond our control.

Delivery Location & Access

All deliveries are made kerbside unless prior arrangements have been made.

A site contact number must be provided when placing your order. Site access is the customer's responsibility.

Your order arrives on a large truck, often with a truck-mounted crane. Before delivery, please check your site for:

  • Power, phone or NBN lines over the street, driveway or drop zone, including the service line from the pole to the house
  • Low branches, awnings, carports or verandahs over the drop zone
  • Street width under approximately 4 metres clear, or no room for a large truck to turn or reverse out
  • Soft or sloped ground at the truck's parking position
  • Obstructions in the drop zone - parked cars, bins, scaffolding, locked gates, narrow side access
  • A drop zone more than approximately 5 metres from where the truck can park

If any of these apply, notify us at the time of ordering or reply to our site access email with a photo of your street frontage and drop zone. We will review it and advise if the delivery method needs to change.

If site conditions or your delivery address change, you must notify us 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

The driver has final say on whether a delivery can be completed safely. If a site cannot be accessed safely, the order will return to our depot and redelivery fees apply.

Unattended Sites

If no one is available on site, the driver will attempt to deliver as close to the location as safely possible.

eRoofing Australia is not liable for any product damage or theft that may occur when deliveries are made to unattended sites.

Hi-Ab Delivery (Truck-Mounted Crane)

Hi-Ab offloading is not guaranteed for all orders.

If you require a Hi-Ab, please note this during checkout.

The maximum lifting capacity for Hi-Ab equipment is 500kg.

Demurrage Charges

If unloading takes longer than:

1 hour for partial loads, or 2 hours for full loads additional charges apply: $150.00 per hour (incl. GST) or part thereof.

Redelivery Fees

If delivery is refused and a second delivery is requested, a minimum redelivery fee of $250 (incl. GST) will apply in addition to the original delivery cost.

This includes deliveries that cannot be completed because of site access conditions that were not declared at the time of ordering.
